I just want to share with you two of my favorite food and that which brings me comfort: inihaw na talong at nilagang okra. With bagoong or toyo with kalamansi as dipping sauce, I am good to go! And with extra rice please!
The inihaw na talong can be mixed with tomato and onions to make a salad or fried with egg to make torta. Yummy!
We feasted on them during Lent when we stayed at our home. They are cheap and really, really good.
